O'Connell Advisory supported the establishment of Chris O'Brien Lifehouse, one of Australia's leading specialist cancer centres, through the development of financial models, funding strategies and commercial advice required to support the transition of services from Sydney Local Health District and the commencement of operations.

Our work included feasibility analysis, operational budgeting, funding strategy development and financial modelling to assess the long-term viability of the service. We also provided commercial advice regarding service transition arrangements and future operating requirements.
